If I could give 0 I would have called today to schedule a appointment after a hospital visit due to a threatened miscarriage at 5 weeks yes 5 weeks is early but the lady had the nerve to say I’m only 5 weeks there’s nothing they can do even if I was having a miscarriage. Heartless I tell you no woman can imagine going through this and to have the people who are supposed to support you and help leave you stranded is a awful feeling I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said she was on lunch I asked for her name and she hung up. I called back to speak to someone else and the so called supervisor was on lunch for supposedly over a hour and they refused to give any names. This office absolutely make me sick to even call them a ob. Highly do not recommend this place for the care of your unborn baby as they do not care. What a shame Port St. Lucie hopefully they find people who care about their patients enough to so some sympathy🙏🏻💔

the community center changes for WORST. i called in their hotline and it took me 2 hrs to get referral for mutual patient. for those whos primary doctors were in florida community im sorry if we didnt get the referral and keep sacheduling you appoinment its not our fault. i called 5 times still they didnt give it to us. good luck.

I am pregnant with my 5th child, the other 4 were born in NY and NJ. This has been, by far, the WORST experience with obgyn's i have ever had. Not only have I only met the doctor once, but at 36 weeks was just introduced to another Dr. Who i did not even know worked there. I have no idea who is delivering my baby, they still have the wrong due date on file(and have no idea where the date came from). Wait for an average of 90 mins per appointment. Newest Dr. I saw was rude and had no regard for anything I had to say or was concerned with. I am so scared to have this baby because this office has been incompetent, impersonal and has no idea who i even am when the enter the room. Strangers.

Cannot post a lower star because the practitioners are actually decent. But the office is quick to dismiss you, tell you that another person was supposed to call you back, or hang up on you and claim the call got disconnected. Expect to get hung up on and quickly get switched to the after hours line if it’s the last 10 minutes before closing or before their lunchtime. Expect to be placed on hold whether you agreed to be placed on hold or not. Expect the notes to be wrong, expect referrals to be wrong (wrote a referral for the wrong leg, had to be corrected over the phone with the specialist). If you gave written permission for a loved one to have access to your medical records, they will still be denied no matter how many times the form is filled out. Expect to wait for hours in their office to get ADA paperwork filled out between their appointments. Otherwise, they will refuse it or get it done weeks later. Expect to be neglected. If you want the same things to happen to you like it was done to me, and get the headache of your life, then enter at your own risk.

Terrible service having pregnancy complications had to be rescheduled. I come back for the new scheudsc appointment with same pain they sent me home in, ER said to follow up with them. I waited an hour and twenty minutes to be seen just to be told people are head of me and may not be able to help but to send me back to ER the same ones who told me to follow up with them. Don't know why even reschedule me when you know you can't treat me, cause the office was informed from my initial visit what was going on. After all these days I could have been went back to the ER. Never will I use them again. An for some one that's having pregnancy complications waiting a hour and twenty minutes shows it was of any importance.
